The Pangburn School District has investigated a report of a gun which was left in a student's vehicle on Monday and reported stolen today. During the investigation the gun was located off campus and it was determined that no threat was present. Our first priority is to keep the students and staff of the Pangburn School District safe and we appreciate everyone's patience while the incident was investigated.

A note from Mr.Harris's agri class...This year in the greenhouse we started with cleaning the perlite buckets, picking all of the dead leaves and weeds off of the ground, and sweeping and cleaning the floors. We have started the process of planting new fruits and vegetables. So far we have planted lettuce, Roma tomatoes, kale, carrots, whole beans, and large cherry tomatoes. As the year goes on we are planning on planting more fruits and vegetables.
Reminder -PTO Meeting Today!
On this past Friday, Mrs. Jeanne’s second graders wrapped up a week of place value and various forms of numbers by applying what they have learned to their desk pet shopping. Students organized their “pet bucks”, represented the amount they collected in standard form, base ten form, expanded form, and word form. They then made decisions to purchase for their desk pets or save for bigger purchases. Everyone had so much fun and were able to apply the things they have learned to a concrete activity. We look forward to having a lot more desk pet fun this year!
