Pangburn High School -- Butterfly Garden; FBLA Chapter Project.
This year, the PHS FBLA chapter community service project is to restore our local stream and environment on campus to better improve plant and animal life. We plan on working on this project in the upcoming years and eventually adding an outdoor classroom and trail. So far, we have planted many native plants that will attract pollinators and help to prevent erosion. Recently, we planted a Weeping Willow, a Red-bud, Flowering Cherry, and three Dogwood trees to provide shade and more variety to the habitat. We have a long way to go, but we are excited for the journey and the benefits that this project will bring to our school and community.

All students are expected to learn, create, achieve, and succeed in education, community, and life. As educators, we should strive to motivate, encourage, and inspire young people to overcome obstacles and achieve lifelong goals.
